Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. For hygiene, safety, and food-quality reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the applicable original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the applicable refund method.
